Here's the deal...We at CiscoSpares.com want you as our customer. We want you to be happy and to keep coming back to us. We have great pricing and an awesome warranty! Ask one of our experts about the details of our warranty. But basically it says we will warranty the equipment we sell you for as long as you own it. If it breaks, send it back to us and we will repair or replace it. Keep in mind we don't warranty against acts of nature, physical damage or neglect.
